How we ship.

Handling time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Rates

Flat-rate shipping via USPS, calculated by the total weight of your cart:

• $5 — orders up to 1 lb
• $9 — orders 1 to 3 lb
• $14 — orders over 3 lb

Exact shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart.

Warm weather note

Tallow softens above about 90°F and can fully liquefy inside a hot truck or mailbox. This is normal and harmless — the product re-solidifies as soon as it cools, and its performance is unchanged. If you would like the texture to set up evenly, place the jar in the refrigerator for about an hour after it arrives.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable) within 14 days of the tracking event. We’ll replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer.
