1. Agreement

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping and returns are governed by our separate Shipping and Returns policies.

3. Product information & use

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a skin condition or sensitivity, consult a medical professional before use. Always review the ingredient list and stop use if irritation occurs.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Northwoods Co. name and logo, photography, copy, and product designs — is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content commercially without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwoods Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
